Once you choose your tableware, we will confirm if your choice is vintage. You will then have the option of keeping and paying the deposit, or changing to a non-vintage item. One piece is considered a teacup and saucer set, a teapot, a server, or tiered serving tray. (catering services and bakery)

Please contact us at least 10 days prior to your event to cancel or reschedule in order to receive all money paid to-date. If you would like to reschedule for the exact same package, you will have the option of having your money refunded or applied to your rescheduled date. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any money for cancellations or reschedule requests received within 9 days of the event. Please see Policies Section for more information, and contact us for clarification.

Upon receipt of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from nakia@bakedandbrunched.com {be sure to check your SPAM or Junk Folders}. This email will inform you if your requested date and time are available. If we are able to accommodate your requested reservation, you will then receive a Square Estimate confirming your total {including chosen package, add-ons, taxes, and noting your deposit(s)}. Upon approval, your Estimate will be converted to an Invoice {and include any changes you may have requested}. You will then receive subsequent reminder emails for your remaining balance {unless you pay in full - in which case you will receive no additional payment reminders}. You will then receive an email 7 days prior to your event confirming the event address, arrival time for set-up, whether you want us to stay and serve {or set-up and leave}, and clean-up time. In the interim, please feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns, requests or if you wish to make any changes/adjustments to your reservation. We look forward to making your event unforgettable!
